Save the PatientSM booth will be open Monday, November 24th, 2003 from 9:00 am - Noon
CHICAGO - Save the PatientSM is participating in the upcoming Senator Dave Sullivan's Senior Health Fair to be held at the Sheila Ray Senior Center (in the Al Hattendorf Center) 224 E. Elk Grove Blvd. , Elk Grove Village, Illinois. Admission is free.
Free Screenings will be available for Bone Density, Blood Pressure, Body Fat, Hemoccult kits, video Otoscopy, Glaucoma, Osteoporosis, Spinal, Depression, Cholesterol, Pulse Oxygen, Chair Massages, Blood Sugar, and Photo ID's.The participants include a variety of health related organizations and businesses active in the support of Senior Health care issues.
The fair is an ideal opportunity for Seniors to participate in Free Screenings and obtain information and links to resources that can help them proactively manage their health.
